a LITTLE more summer fun...

We did another session of swimming lessons in July. BSU became our second home. We usually ate lunch at the park before heading to swimming, and then home for naps/quiet time. It was a great way to spend the hot summer days.

a LITTLE Reunion

Richard's parents returned from their mission in London, England earlier this year. To celebrate we all met in Bear Lake, Utah for a reunion. Larry & Claudia treated us to an incredible week's stay in a HUGE house with 3 stories, slides to each level, a built in movie theater, a basement complete with an indoor basketball court, trampoline, and swingset, and tons of other fun. We spent a day on the lake and the kids loved the boating. It was a great week. Here are pix of some of our fun...

a LITTLE backtracking...

Here is some of our early summer fun. I participated in the Sawtooth Relay with 5 other ladies from my ward in June. We camped overnight in Stanley- it was gorgeous, but COLD! We had a 4 a.m. start time and I was definitely the slowest on the team, but I got my 11 miles in. It was so much fun. We also started swim lessons, Lucy was brave and dove right in. Enjoy the pix.

a LITTLE circus...

We had a truly memorable Memorial Day this year. We had to move our Preschool Closing Carnvial/Clara's Birthday Party from Saturday to Monday due to weather, but the sun came out and we had a great time. It was a LOT of work, but so much fun. We set up about 8 games, a stage, banquet tables, and a prize center. Richard bbq'd hot dogs and we ate before we played. Jake even helped out with the "concessions". Enjoy the pix...

The kids earned tickets at each game and could redeem them for prizes at the prize center.

The little ones loved the Fishing Pond.
