Merry Christmas!
We celebrated big time- holy pile of presents! Thank you everyone for all the great gifts. The Little house can now be called the Little toystore. Hopefully the kids, though spoiled, aren't rotten! We had a great time down in Salt Lake the weekend before Christmas and Hannah did a great job as a snowflake in her Nutcracker recital. Hope you enjoy the pix. We'll post more soon.

Jake turned FIVE!
November 21st turned out to be a happy birthday indeed for Sir Jacob. He hosted his first ever "Knight Party" and whacked the blocks (and candy) out of his castle pinata. Thanks to all our friends and family for the great gifts. Check back soon.

Lucy turns ONE!
Hi family! We just wanted to thank everyone for all the great gifts sent to Lu and share some of the birthday pics! She had a great day. She started it bouncing in her crib (as usual), so excited to see us and ready to play. She graduated from her rear-facing car seat and went for a little ride in her new bike trailer. She just stared at us while we sang "Happy Birthday!" but had no problem digging right in to her cake. She demolished it. What a fun little Lu. We love you all.

Happy Halloween!
Hi friends! We hope your halloween was fun and spooky. Ours was chilly, but fun. October came and went so quickly. We had fun playing with Aunt Shan and Uncle Danny when they came to visit. We are getting excited for the holidays and can't wait to cut down our Christmas tree. Hope you are all well and happy. Enjoy the pix.

It's Autumn Time!
What a busy fall we are having! We went apple picking at the church orchard in Nampa with friends and made candied apples. It was a beautiful fall day and the kids had so much fun climbing the ladder.
The next week we had our first "Little Artists" Art Festival.
Three families contributed art projects to display along with ours and joined us for an evening of fun as we enjoyed the displays, ate treats, and gave out awards.
Lucy is walking along all the furniture now. She is still enjoying the apples from our expedition and we still can't seem to fill that belly of hers. She is so yummy and happy. Her new favorite word is, "whoa!"
Jake lost his first tooth and got a whole dollar from the tooth fairy! He continues to like preschool and is getting really good at reading. He has some really neat and interesting ideas about heaven and who is in charge. According to him, Jesus "breaks a cloud" so he can see us from heaven and the Holy Ghost is in charge, not Dad or anyone else. Hmmmm.....
Hannah amuses us with her creative costumes- like the time she wore her mini skirt, a bow around her neck, halloween knee-high socks, a construction hat, and glasses. According to her she was "work girl." What fun kids are.
We watched General Conference this last weekend and enjoyed our tradition of crepes, now called chocolate pancakes, because we put chocolate syrup on them. The leaves are changing, we are getting ready to put our flower beds down for their winter nap, and we can't wait to hit the pumpkin patch. Hope everyone is well!
