Jake turned FIVE!
November 21st turned out to be a happy birthday indeed for Sir Jacob. He hosted his first ever "Knight Party" and whacked the blocks (and candy) out of his castle pinata. Thanks to all our friends and family for the great gifts. Check back soon.

Lucy turns ONE!
Hi family! We just wanted to thank everyone for all the great gifts sent to Lu and share some of the birthday pics! She had a great day. She started it bouncing in her crib (as usual), so excited to see us and ready to play. She graduated from her rear-facing car seat and went for a little ride in her new bike trailer. She just stared at us while we sang "Happy Birthday!" but had no problem digging right in to her cake. She demolished it. What a fun little Lu. We love you all.

Happy Halloween!
Hi friends! We hope your halloween was fun and spooky. Ours was chilly, but fun. October came and went so quickly. We had fun playing with Aunt Shan and Uncle Danny when they came to visit. We are getting excited for the holidays and can't wait to cut down our Christmas tree. Hope you are all well and happy. Enjoy the pix.

It's Autumn Time!
What a busy fall we are having! We went apple picking at the church orchard in Nampa with friends and made candied apples. It was a beautiful fall day and the kids had so much fun climbing the ladder.
The next week we had our first "Little Artists" Art Festival.
Three families contributed art projects to display along with ours and joined us for an evening of fun as we enjoyed the displays, ate treats, and gave out awards.
Lucy is walking along all the furniture now. She is still enjoying the apples from our expedition and we still can't seem to fill that belly of hers. She is so yummy and happy. Her new favorite word is, "whoa!"
Jake lost his first tooth and got a whole dollar from the tooth fairy! He continues to like preschool and is getting really good at reading. He has some really neat and interesting ideas about heaven and who is in charge. According to him, Jesus "breaks a cloud" so he can see us from heaven and the Holy Ghost is in charge, not Dad or anyone else. Hmmmm.....
Hannah amuses us with her creative costumes- like the time she wore her mini skirt, a bow around her neck, halloween knee-high socks, a construction hat, and glasses. According to her she was "work girl." What fun kids are.
We watched General Conference this last weekend and enjoyed our tradition of crepes, now called chocolate pancakes, because we put chocolate syrup on them. The leaves are changing, we are getting ready to put our flower beds down for their winter nap, and we can't wait to hit the pumpkin patch. Hope everyone is well!

Hello Everyone!
Hello friends and family! We thought we'd try this instead of our time-consuming web site idea. Let us know how you like it.
We are doing great, and still loving it here in Idaho. Jake started pre-school last week- he goes to a big school with "high swings" and he listens "all the days." He gave his first talk in Primary two weeks ago and was so brave. He loves riding his bike (without any training wheels) and he is definitely an outdoor kid.
Hannah had her dance recital last week and was so cute in her red feathers. She is growing up so fast and loves to play dress-up and kitchen. Her latest fashion statement is an outfit that includes her pink cowgirl boots, pink cowgirl hat, and two scarves tied together which she calls her "cowgirl cape"- did you know cowgirls wear capes?!?
Lu is growing like a weed and we know she must have a hollow leg somewhere. The girl can eat! She is the world's happiest baby and still has just two teeth- which is fine with her mom. She loves to play with the big kids, swing, crawl everywhere, pull-up on the furniture, and of course- eat! She is just a little ray of sunshine!
Steph is just trying to keep up with everyone around here. She also stays busy making lists for Richard of home improvement projects- poor guy. Steph enjoys reading, chick-flicks, riding her new pink bike, baking, and spending time with the fam.
Richard is still loving work- he loves his network (his baby) and is very passionate about taking care of business. Whatever you do, don't ask him what VMWare is- unless you want to take a trip to geekland, that is. He is still the world's greatest dad and husband. He did so much this spring/summer getting our sprinklers and backyard in- he truly is the man.
Well, that is it for us. Stay in touch. You can always e-mail us at: www.twolittles@hotmail.com
