Queen Clara

What fun we had celebrating our Clara's second birthday. Can you believe she is 2?!? We can't. She loved all the attention, the cake, and the tissue paper. Thanks to all those who sent such fun and generous gifts. She is just in present heaven. She got her ears pierced last week and has graduated from speech therapy. She is talking & singing like crazy. Not all her words are clear, but I will miss her jibber-jabber soon enough. She is trying to dance like her sisters now, but can't get her feet off the floor. She is a dear- except for when she gets into Mom's make-up and when I catch her she smiles & looks out of the corner of her eye and then drops it and runs like crazy. She is definitely two. Her new favorite phrase is, "No way!" We'll post more soon.

A Little Soccer Celebration

Let's get this party started!

Lu did her own hair!

The happy Little players.

Coach Little passing out the medals.

Flaming Ketchup rules!!!!

Jake and Hannah had a blast during their first season of soccer. Jake really took to the game and by the end was scoring goals like crazy and taking balls to the head & chest. Like father, like son. Richard was a great coach and the kids loved him. The kids named the team "Flaming Ketchup" and they all got along really well as you can see. I still can't believe I am a soccer mom. More pix coming soon- Steph

Little Ballerinas

So excited for her first recital.

Her own pose.

Beautiful Nan

Ready and waiting...

Some of us watched the show.

Nan in position.

Well done girls!
Lucy and Hannah were darling little dancers at their first recital together. Lucy was in it for the flowers, and the second her music stopped she popped up from her "sleeping fairy" position and ran over to ask, "Can I get my flowers now?" Hannah was amazing, on her toes the whole time and so fun to watch. We are so proud of our little ballerinas.

A Little More of the Littles

Happy Little Springtime

My "opal innocence" flowers that I had to bring home from the nursery.
Here we go!
Thank You Easter Bunny!
Coloring with the new art supplies.
Oh yeah, the whole thing is going in!
Please!?!
Ready for the hunt!
Silly Jake ready to go.
Hannah and her friends.
Let's go!
Easter dresses & a cool pink shirt.
Our Passover Dinner
Too cute!

The weatherman may be confused as to which season we are in, but the Little ones are growing up fast! My how these chickadees grow!
Jake is growing up to be so responsible, taking it upon himself to help Hannah with her reading, help Dad take out the trash, sweeping the floor, and even cleaning his room once in a while! He is always good for a laugh and a hug.
Hannah is getting so tall and her front teeth are coming in- hallelujah! She continues to thrive in kindergarten and loves helping wherever she goes. Her ballet is going well and she even helps little Lucy learn her positions.
Lucy is still the boss of us around here, but she is just so dang cute, it is hard to mind. She changes her outfit at least 3 times a day into different "ballet stuff" if her favorite green dress isn't available that is. I think she wore it three days last week.
Clara is finally starting to talk to us and she has a lot to say. She is no longer shy or pushed around- Lucy may just have some competition. She is so sweet and loves to be held while she sucks those two fingers.
Richard is still busier than ever. He just had his 5 year review at work and even managed a raise- GO RICHARD!! We are so proud of him.
Steph is doing well. She walked the "Beat Coach Pete" 5k this last Saturday- he was lucky we were all getting over the stomach flu, next year I'll beat Pete for sure! She is glad we are all done throwing up, it was a long Spring Break and Easter weekend- lots of laundry.
Hope you are all well and had a blessed Easter. We'll post more soon. Enjoy the pix.- Steph
